To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2025. 2. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial for the year ended 31st March 2025 and further authority to Directors CS and CFO to sign the financials and submit the same to Auditors for their Report. 3. To take on record the Auditors Report submitted by Statutory Auditor for the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2025. 4.
