Dalmia Bharat Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday July 22 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2025. Further in continuation of our letter dated June 27 2025 regarding closure of Trading Window we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Companys code for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2025.
