Fino Payments Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of Fino Payments Bank Limited (Bank) will be held on Wednesday July 30 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30 2025. Further we hereby inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and as per the Banks Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing in listed equity shares of the Bank by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from July 01 2025 and shall remain closed till August 01 2025 (both days inclusive).
