GB Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider and re-approve the draft scheme of merger by way of absorption between GB Global Limited & Dev Land & Housing Private Limited and their respective shareholders with or without modifications which was previously approved by the Board of Directors. 2. To consider and take note of the terms and conditions of the redeemable preference shares to be issued by the Transferee Company i.e. Dev Land & Housing Private Limited. 3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
