Board of Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals recommends final dividend

Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 15.8 per equity Share (i.e. 158%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
