Happiest Minds Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the audited financial statements of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31 2025 and to consider the recommendationof final dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2025 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
