Heads UP Ventures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 13th May 2025 inter alia to consider approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March 2025. Further in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Company has already informed vide its letter dated 27th March 2025 about the closure of trading window for purchase/sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives [including such other persons covered under the Code read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015] which has commenced from 1st April 2025 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March 2025.
