Further in terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company the Window Closure for Trading by Designated Persons of the Company shall remain close from Tuesday 1st July 2025 till Sunday 27th July 2025 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company on Friday 25th July 2025 for the Quarter Ended 30th June 2025.
