IDBI Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve i. the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025; ii. Recommend dividend if any for the financial year ended March 31 2025. Further in accordance with Banks Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed upto April 30 2025.
