IDBI Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30 2025 subject to a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors. Further in accordance with Banks Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed upto July 23 2025.
