To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. 2. To consider and recommend a final dividend if any for the financial year ended March 31 2025. 3. To consider and approve the Indo Amines Limited- Employee Stock Options Plan 2025 (Indo ESOP-2025) subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and such other approvals as may be required. 4. Any other matter as the Board may deem fit
