Maris Spinners Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/03/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Board meeting of the Company will be held on 28-3-2025 at 10.15 AM to consider inter alia appointment of new Chief Financial Officer ( Key Managerial Personnel ) effective from 01-04-2025 and to take note of resignation of existing CFO . the trade window will be closed from 20-03-2025 to till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting to be held on 28-3-2025 at 10.15 AM for inter alia consideration of appointment of Chief Financial Officer ( Key Managerial Personnel )and intimation of such appointment to the stock exchange and trading window shall open thereafter.
