Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31 2025 along with the report of the statutory auditor of the Company; 2. Any other business matters. This is to inform all concerned that the trading window for dealing in the companys securities closed from April 01 2025 in compliance with the companys Insider Trading Policy. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31 2025.
