MSTC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results with Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 and to recommend Final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 if any. The Board Meeting to be held on 28/05/2025 has been revised to 29/05/2025 With reference to our letter no. MSTC/CS/SE/632 dated 17th May, 2025, this is to inform that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 28th May, 2025, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results with Auditors Report for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 and to recommend Final dividend for Financial year 2024-25, if any, is rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances and now will be held on Thursday, 29th May, 2025 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/05/2025)
