Narendra Properties Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on FRIDAY the 1ST AUGUST 2025 to consider inter alia the following matters: 1. To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30TH JUNE 2025 and matters incidental thereto. 2. To fix the date time and venue for the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approve the Notice convening the 30th AGM. 3. To consider re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra K Maher who is liable to retire by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment. 4. To appoint Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 years subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM. 5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
