To consider the proposal for fund raising by way of issuance of equity shares of the Company by way of preferential issue in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 as amended SEBI Listing Regulations as amended and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended and other applicable law subject to approval of the members of the Company and other regulatory and/or statutory approvals as applicable. 2. To consider adoption and approval of Employee Stock Option Scheme in terms of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) regulations 2021subject to the approval of the members of the Company and other regulatory and/or statutory approvals as applicable. 3.
