Olympic Oil Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. Further as informed earlier vide our letter dated 28th March 2025 the trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after communication of aforesaid Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
