Pavna Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. the proposal for alteration in the Share Capital of the Company by way of sub-division/ split of the existing Equity Shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors subject to the approval of Shareholders and any other regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required under the applicable laws and; 2. any other matters with the permission of board.
