Making necessary application/ ??ile certi??ied copy of the scheme to Stock exchange under Regulation- 37 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. 3. To consider the appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-2026. 4. Reconstitution of board / Committee thereof.
