Puravankara Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of upto 3000 (Three Thousand) secured redeemable unlisted unrated non-convertible debentures bearing a face value of INR 1000000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each at par for an aggregate amount of up to INR 3000000000 (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Crores only) in one or more tranches by way of a private placement basis.
