To consider approve and take on record Audited standalone & consolidated Financial Results under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) along with the Audit Report issued by M/s. Ashok Dhariwal & Co. Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2025. 2. To consider other businesses matters.
