Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve This is further to our intimation on the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors dated July 15 2025 wherein the issue of partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company as decided by the Board by way of a rights issue for an amount not exceeding Rs. 400 crores to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date in accordance with the Companies Act 2013 as amended and the rules made thereunder the SEBI (ICDR)Regulations 2018 as amended and other applicable laws was approved.
