To consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Devjeet Chakraborty as an Additional Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 18th July 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing general meeting. 2. 2. To take note of the relinquishment by Mr. Bhupesh Kumar from the post of CEO of the Company with effect from 11th July 2025, while he continues to serve as a Director on the Board, and 3) To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
