Employees Stock Option Plan Inter alia, to consider the following:- 1. Acquisition of balance shares in Straton Business Solution Private Limited, existing subsidiary of the Company. 2. Acquisition of Company/ies engaged in Trading of IT products and/or Digital Transformation sector, in India or abroad, for consideration in cash or/and other than cash, by way of private placement of equity shares or such other security as may deem fit, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable laws and subject to approval of the members and other regulatory authorities as may be required. 3. Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP PlanT) of the Company subject to the approval of the members and other regulatory authorities as may be required. 4.
