Welspun Enterprises Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve i) the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025; ii) seek enabling approval from the members for:- a) raising funds through private placement of securities upto Rs. 1000 Crore in or more tranches; b) raising of funds by way of a private placement/preferential allotment/ qualified institutions placement and/or other permissible modes upto Rs. 1000 Crore in or more tranches; and iii) recommend final dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2025.
