KSE LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 14th August 2024 inter alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results for the First quarter ended 30th June 2024. In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stand closed from 1st July 2024 and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
