Motisons Jewellers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) as amended from time to time we hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of Motisons Jewellers Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 21st May 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2025 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. Further as informed by our intimation letter dated 28th March 2025 Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives is closed from 1st April 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2025.
