Starlog Enterprises Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir / Madam Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Starlog Enterprises Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Monday May 12 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025. We further wish to inform you that in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from April 01 2025 shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025.
