Appointment and Remuneration of Internal Auditors of the Company in terms of section 138 of the Companies Act 2013 for undertaking the Internal Audit of the Company for Financial Year 2025-2026. ii. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairperson and majority of the Directors present in the meeting.
