About Archidply Industries Ltd

Archidply Industries Limited was initially incorporated on September 5, 1995 as 'ATP Silvi Products Limited'.
Until 2005, ATP Silvi did not carry any manufacturing activities.
In March 2007, the company changed its name to Archidply Industries Limited. Mr Deen Dayal Daga and Assam Timber Products Private Limited promoted the Company.
Company was incorporated with the aim of raising tree & other plantations on wasteland.
Thereafter it was thought that ATP Silvi could manufacture medium density fibre boards (MDF panels) and uses the plantations for own consumption. Subsequently, in June 2005, the Company has received recommendation of CEC for grant of licence for manufacture of plywood and particleboard at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. In 1995, The Company Individual Promoters acquired 'The Mysore Chipboards Limited' (TMCL), which had two manufacturing divisions, namely 'plywood and block board' and 'particle and laminated board, located at Mysore.

About Rushil Decor Ltd

Rushil Decor Limited was incorporated on May 24, 1993 as a private limited company with the name Rushil Decor Private Limited.
On December 4, 2007, the company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Rushil Decor Limited. Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing and sale of Laminate Sheets, Medium Density Fibre Board, Pre-laminated Medium Density Fibre Board and Polyvinyl Chloride Board.
It presently has manufacturing facilities at Itla, Mansa and Dholakuva in (Gujarat), Chikkamagaluru (Karnataka) and Atchutapuram (Andhra Pradesh). During the year 1993, the promoters of the company acquired the laminate manufacturing unit at Gandhinagar in Gujarat having installed capacity of 840,000 Laminate sheets per annum.
In the year 1994, the company received their first export order.
