Ms. Ameeta Chatterjee has over 18 years of corporate finance experience, specializing in developing, managing, and executing infrastructure projects in India and the UK. She began her career at ICICI Limited in 1995 and later joined KPMG, where she established their infrastructure-related Corporate Finance team and gained extensive experience across various sectors, including health, education, and Public-Private Partnerships. In 2010, she transitioned to the corporate sector as GM - Investments & Acquisitions at Leighton India Contractors Pvt. Ltd, overseeing joint venture projects and finance-related matters. Since September 2011, she has worked as an independent consultant advising companies on strategic growth and entry strategies into India. In her role at Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd, she is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and serves as the Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, reflecting her strong acumen in corporate finance, investments, transaction advisory, and risk management.
