Mr. Ayush Relan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from North Eastern University in Boston, U.S.A. He has extensive experience in the automobile industry and is actively involved in the day-to-day management of NDR Auto Components Ltd, focusing on operational excellence, improvements, and growth. He has been re-appointed as Whole Time Director for another term of three years, effective from January 2, 2024, to January 1, 2027. His remuneration includes a salary of Rs. 5,00,000 per month with a 10% annual increment, along with perquisites and allowances up to 50% of his salary. Additionally, he is entitled to a company car with reimbursement for running and maintenance costs. Ayush Relan is part of the promoter group controlling the majority shareholding of the company and has previously worked as Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Bharat Seats Limited, where he managed internal financial controls, operating controls, and compliance.
