- Subsequently, Company was restructured into a Public Limited company and the name of the Company was changed from 'Acetech Ventures LLP' to 'Acetech Ventures Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on February 21, 2024, by the Central Processing Centre.
