About Om Galaxy Ltd
- Om Galaxy Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Om Galaxy Precision Mould Crafts Private Limited', under the Companies Act, 1956, dated October 08, 2008 with the Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai.
- Further, the name of the Company was changed to 'Om Galaxy Private Limited' dated October 16, 2024.
- Subsequently, it was converted into a Public Limited company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Om Galaxy Limited' with effect from December 9, 2024. Currently, the core business of the Company include use of specialised design software for mould engineering, development of moulds to client specifications, manufacturing of moulds for diverse applications focusing on quality and consistency.
- Since 2008, the Company has focused on pipe fittings and industrial moulds being used for building materials mainly pipes, fittings, sanitaryware and plastic & polymer processing industry.
