- Subsequently, Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of Company was changed to 'LG Electronics India Limited', consequent upon which, a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 3, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, at New Delhi, India. Company manufacture and sell major home appliances and consumer electronics products in India.
- It operate into two business segments, comprising: (i) home appliances and air solution division covering the sale of products such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, water purifiers, dishwashers, microwave ovens, air purifiers and compressors, among others; and (ii) home entertainment division covering the sale of products such as televisions, monitors, interactive displays and information systems.
