Pradeep Dhobale Board Membership

Pradeep Dhobale (67), with DIN 00274636, was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of International Travel House Ltd effective November 1, 2018. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and previously served as a Wholetime Director of ITC Limited from January 2011 to December 2015, overseeing ITC’s FMCG businesses. His prior roles at ITC included responsibilities for Paperboards, Papers, and Packaging, and he represented Finance and IT on the ITC Board. As of 2023, he is actively engaged in angel investing and startup mentoring, serving as Vice Chairman of the Hyderabad Angels Forum for Entrepreneurship Development, and is a member of the Court of Governors at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). Dhobale has held leadership positions in various industry bodies, including being Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the CII National Committee on Environment and Green Entrepreneurship Council. His current term as Independent Director will conclude on October 31, 2023, but he has been recommended for reappointment for another five years starting November 1, 2023, based on his diverse skills in finance, strategic insight, and business management, which are deemed beneficial for the company.
