In her role, she also guides start-ups in leadership, corporate governance, and community development. Additionally, she is the General Partner of Work10M, focusing on investments in early-stage start-ups related to work and employability. She serves as the Chairperson of the Committee and was present at the 29th AGM of the company held on September 20, 2022. Under her guidance, Allcargo's CSR initiatives, through the Avashya Foundation, address key areas such as Health, Education, Environment, Women’s Empowerment, Sports, and Disaster Relief.
