- The name of the Company was changed from Boss Securities Limited to Jyothi Infraventures Limited in October, 2009 and is now altered the name to Mizzen Ventures Limited in 2025.
- Company is engaged in business of 'trading of infrastructure building materials and infra works.
- Mizzen Digital Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. In the initial year 2010-11, Company had diversified into real estate & infrastructure business.
