- PropShare Titania was set up on February 21, 2025 as the second scheme of Property Share Investment Trust registered in the Republic of India as contributory, determinate and irrevocable trust on June 27, 2024, at Bangalore, Karnataka, India and as a small and medium real estate investment trust on August 5, 2024, under Regulation 26L (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended.
