About Aartech Solonics Ltd

Aartech Solonics Limited was originally incorporated as 'Aartech Solonics Private Limited' on August, 24th, 1982 with the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
Later on, the Company got converted into Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Aartech Solonics Limited'.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 23, 1992 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Aartech pioneered the development of India's first import substitute fast bus transfer system in the mid 1980's for power plants and continuous process industries, and remains a market leader in this field in India.
Then came Faradigm, Load Checker, Single Put Anniciator, BTS - LT and many more. The company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of Electrical Component such as Electrical Items, Control & Relay Panels, Bus Transfer Systems, Ultracapacitors, Waste to Compost Machine etc.

About Shivalic Power Control Ltd

Shivalic Power Control Limited was originally incorporated on October 08, 2004 as a Private Company as 'Shivalic Power Control Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi & Haryana.
Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Shivalic Power Control Limited' on January 08, 2024. The Promoter Mr. Amit Kanwar Jindal started the Company in 2004 with Low Voltage Panel assembly to constantly provide quality products by adapting to the latest technologies.
During this journey of two decades, it served more than 500+ Clients in different industries such as Sugar, Papers, Cement, Steel, FMCG, Automobile etc.
Shivalic is authorized by global giants like LK, Siemens, Schneider Electric, and TDK to manufacture fully type-tested panels in compliance with IEC 61439-1 & 2, IEC 61641, and IS 1893 standards.
