Molbio Diagnostics Limited was originally incorporated as Molbio Diagnostics Private Limited' at Panaji, as a private company dated October 20, 2000.
Thereafter, Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, and the name of Company was changed to Molbio Diagnostics Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 16, 2025 was issued to Company by the RoC.
