Accel Limited was originally established as Transmatic Systems Limited on May 19, 1986 by two entrepreneurs from Kerala, M R Narayanan and T Ravindran, with equity participation from Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation, and IDBI. The name of the Company got changed from Transmatic Systems Limited to Accel Transmatic Limited on March 12, 2004 and again from Accel Transmatic Limited to Accel Limited on August 14, 2018. Accel was started in 1991 as a multi vendor IT Services Company in Chennai.
It evolved over the past three decades, creating niche entities on a versatile range of domains to meet the requirements of the discerning IT user community with state-of-the-art solutions and services.
It offers a wide range of services that include IT Infrastructure Management services, Warranty Management Services, Managed Print Services, Cyber Security, and Software Services, including real estate related to IT infrastructure with strong presence in the domestic and international markets.

Seshachal Technologies Limited was initially incorporated as Supan Syntech Limited' in November, 1994.
The name of the Company was changed to Parichay Education Limited in March, 2002 and again to Javelin Technologies Limited in July, 2003 and later on the name was changed to Seshachal Technologies Limited on October 31, 2007.
The name of the Company has been changed from 'Seshachal Technologies Limited' to 'Antriksh Service Technologies Limited' with effect from June, 13, 2025. The Company commenced its business from 25th November, 1994.
It had set up a project for manufacturing furnishing fabrics for export purpose in Udhana district of Surat.
The proposed installed capacity for production of these products was 6,48,000 mtrs. per year of different types of furnishing fabrics like tapestry, upholstery and heavy curtain cloths.
