Atvo Enterprises Limited was initially incorporated as 'Trendy Knitwear Limited' in March, 1995 at Hyderabad.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th October, 2024, approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
