Further, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Advance Syntex Limited' and a fresh Certificate of incorporation dated November 23, 2015, issued by the Registrar of Companies. The Company is highly associated with manufacturing and supplying a top notch quality array of Polyester Film, Textile Glitter Powder, Glitter Powder, Hot Stamping Foils, Children Craft Kit and many more products.
It is mainly engaged in manufacturing of Metalized Films (MF), Lacquered (coated) Metalized Polyster Films (LMPF), Glitter powder (Zari powder) and Metallic Yarn (Polyster Badla), Glitter Powder and Metallic Yarn is manufacturing through the job work of LMPF produced by the Company.

Originally incorporated in February, 1990 as a Private limited company, Vijay Textiles Limited subsequently became Public Limited company in June 1994.
Initially, the Company was in the business of trading.
The major activities consisted of purchase of polyester yarn from Reliance Industries, converting the yarn into grey cloth at Bhiwandi through job contracts and converting the grey cloth into finished fabrics through textile processors.
Presently, it is engaged in manufacturing of Textiles. In Jun.'93, the company ventured into full-fledged manufacture of processed textiles, by acquiring a running mill at Khattedan (near Hyderabad) from S K Textile Industries.
The installed capacity is 172 lac mtr pa which comprises 96 lac mtr pa of printed polyester shirting and 76 lac mtr pa of dyed polyester shirting.
