About Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd

Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited was incorporated as Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav) Limited', a Public Limited Company, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated May 28, 2013, issued by the RoC and received a Certificate for Commencement of Business dated June 20, 2013 from the RoC. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board, the Company name was changed from Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav) Limited' to Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation to change in name was issued by the RoC on August 23, 2021. The Company build, own and operate a network of storage tank terminals having an aggregate storage capacity of approximately 1.50 million cubic meters for liquid products and 70,800 metric tons (MT) of static capacity for LPG as of December 31, 2024, offering secure storage facilities and associated infrastructure for liquids such as petroleum, vegetable oil, lubricants, and various categories of chemicals and gases such as LPG, propane and butane.
