AGI Infra Limited was incorporated as 'G. I. Builders Pvt.
Limited' on May 27, 2005.
The Company status was changed to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed from 'G. I. Builders Private Limited' to 'AGI Infra Limited' by a special resolution passed on February 16, 2011.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name was granted to Company on February 22, 2011.
Further, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2012 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, consequent upon conversion into a Public Limited Company. Company is a reputed Punjab based company having its presence in the construction industry for more than one decade.

About Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd

Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated on January 13, 1992 as United Fish-Nets Private Limited' in Andhra Pradesh.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to United Fish-Nets Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 20, 1993.
Further, it was changed to Nylofils India Limited' on February 28, 1996 and further to AARV Infratel Limited' on July 28, 2016. In 2022, the takeover of the Company was completed by a new promoter group led by Bhasker Kanyalal Bhatt, along with Rohan Rajendra Bhatt, Pathika B Bhatt, and Madhav B Bhatt.
Following the 2022 acquisition, the Bhatt family took over control of the Company, and it was later altered from Aarv Infratel Limited to Bhudevi Infra Projects Limited with effect from 9 September, 2022.
The Company changed its business from Telecom Infrastructure to Real Estate through postal ballot dated 14th August, 2022.
