About Agro Phos India Ltd

Agro Phos (India) Limited was initially incorporated as Private Limited Company as 'Agro Phos (India) Private Limited' in September, 2002.
The Company got converted to Public Limited Company in February 2004.
The Company is engaged in the business of fertilizer and commodities trading.
Initially, the Company established its fertilizer manufacturing facility at Industrial Area, Dewas (M.P.) The Company came up with a Public Issue of 58,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 12.93 Crore in November, 2016. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of fertilizers such as Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Nitrogen Phosphate and Potassium (NPK), Zinc Sulphate, PROM, PDM, Organic manure and Calcium Sulphate commonly known as soil conditioner or gypsum.
The Company also undertakes trading of Diammoium Phosphate (DAP), Urea, Ammonium Sulphate and other fertilizers depending upon the demand of the customer.

Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited (ZACL), was founded by eminent Indian industrialist Late Dr. KK Birla in 1967, which started the manufacturing operations in 1974.
Incorporated in 2009, the Company is the flagship company of Adventz Group and leading the agriculture vertical of the Group, under the leadership of Mr. Saroj Kumar Poddar.
Zuari is a single-window agricultural solution provider, and partners with Indian farmers for progress and prosperity.
