About Ahimsa Industries Ltd

Ahimsa Industries Limited was incorporated as Ahimsa Industries Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 dated January 24, 1996, at Ahmedabad.
The name of Company was changed to 'Ahimsa Industries Private Limited' and further, Company converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certification of Incorporation dated May 25, 2015. The Company is one of the leading PET Preforms manufacturers; PET preforms are produced on world class - husky H-PET injection molding machines & on brand new husky molds.
Since its foundation, the production of PET packaging in the form of preforms and bottles has been the core business of Ahimsa.
The preforms are blown into bottles by Ahimsa or by the customer, and then filled with water, soft drinks, edible oils, ketchup, milk, fruit juices, etc.

About ARC Insulation & Insulators Ltd

ARC Insulation & Insulators Limited was originally incorporated on September 10, 2008, as a Private Limited Company in the name of 'ARC Insulation & Insulators Private Limited' issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
Subsequently, the status was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and the name was changed to ARC Insulation & Insulators Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 5, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Company acquired the running business of M/s ARC Insulation and Insulators', a proprietorship firm via Business Transfer Agreement dated June 01, 2009.
Initially, Company focused on manufacturing and supplying of GFRP composites and its constituency products like GFRP Rebars, GFRP grating walkway, GFRP Pipelines, GFRP Tubes, GFRP Fencing for Transformers, GFRP Cable and also includes fiberglass constituents.
