About Ahimsa Industries Ltd

Ahimsa Industries Limited was incorporated as Ahimsa Industries Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 dated January 24, 1996, at Ahmedabad.
The name of Company was changed to 'Ahimsa Industries Private Limited' and further, Company converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certification of Incorporation dated May 25, 2015. The Company is one of the leading PET Preforms manufacturers; PET preforms are produced on world class - husky H-PET injection molding machines & on brand new husky molds.
Since its foundation, the production of PET packaging in the form of preforms and bottles has been the core business of Ahimsa.
The preforms are blown into bottles by Ahimsa or by the customer, and then filled with water, soft drinks, edible oils, ketchup, milk, fruit juices, etc.

About Nilkamal Ltd

Promoted by the Parekh family, Nilkamal Limited was formerly incorporated with the name Nilkamal Plastics Limited, on December 05th, 1985.
The Company name was changed to Nilkamal Limited effective on October 5, 2006.
The Company is in the business of manufacturing and selling of material handling products, moulded furniture, modular & metal furniture, metal racking and storage, bubbleguard for packaging and protection, mattress and primary rigid plastic packaging. The Company organized businesses into 2 categories viz Plastics and Lifestyle Furniture, Furnishings and Accessories.
The Company's units are located at Sinnar in Maharashtra, Silvassa in Gujarat, Pondicherry and Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
