About Ahimsa Industries Ltd

Ahimsa Industries Limited was incorporated as Ahimsa Industries Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 dated January 24, 1996, at Ahmedabad.
The name of Company was changed to 'Ahimsa Industries Private Limited' and further, Company converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certification of Incorporation dated May 25, 2015. The Company is one of the leading PET Preforms manufacturers; PET preforms are produced on world class - husky H-PET injection molding machines & on brand new husky molds.
Since its foundation, the production of PET packaging in the form of preforms and bottles has been the core business of Ahimsa.
The preforms are blown into bottles by Ahimsa or by the customer, and then filled with water, soft drinks, edible oils, ketchup, milk, fruit juices, etc.

About Tijaria Polypipes Ltd

Tijaria Polypipes Limited started as a Partnership Firm as Tijaria Overseas Vinyl' in the 2000, which was converted into a Private Limited company as Tijaria Polypipes Private Limited' on July 17, 2006.
Later, the Company got converted into Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Tijaria Polypipes Limited' dated July 20, 2006. The Company is engaged in manufacturing in two segments viz.
Plastic and Textile.
In the Plastic Division, the main products of the Company are HDPE Pipes, Sprinkler Irrigation System, Drip-Irrigation System, Mini Sprinkler System, Green House, Micro irrigation, uPVC Pipes, SWR pipes & Fittings, Electrical uPVC Conduit Pipes & Fittings, PLB ducts, DWC Pipes and uPVC Casing Pipes.
These products are used in irrigation, telecommunication, industrial, and infrastructure and housing sector.
